ALICE by Lewis Carroll
directed by Grigoris Hatzakis
BIOS Exploring Urban Culture (Athens)
Alice, now towards the end of her life, narrates the adventure she experienced as a little girl. The magical wonderland she visited when deciding to follow a hurrying rabbit, wearing a vest and a watch, down its rabbit hole. A world that seems to follow her still, in her attempt to come to terms with her reality. It grows, it shrinks, but mostly it grows. Lewis Carroll's literary masterpiece, Alice in Wonderland, is transformed into a multimedia show of magical realism, illuminating fundamental questions through the prism of an eternal search in the space-time of existence.
